We start out with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres being passed in the library. Then the
group moves to the dining room for a fabulous 5-course dinner.
Karen plans a wonderful seasonal menu focusing on locally available items and
ingredients. There are several choices of entrees and appetizer choices as well. The
breads and desserts stand out as being particularly exceptional.
